I had an appointment with Dr. Haque on June 4 after selecting her because the Houston Methodist website identifies her as an expert in PCOS. During the appointment, I felt that my questions and concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. At one point, Dr. Haque stated, "I cannot make a magical pill and solve it." I found this comment unprofessional and discouraging, especially when I was seeking guidance regarding my condition. I would not recommend Dr. Haque to any pregnant patients. She has very poor bedside manner, is quite inpatient, makes you feel belittled if you try to ask any questions, and is so rushed that she even interpreted some of our lab results incorrectly… and never apologized for doing so. Please avoid if you would like a pleasant prenatal experience.
I love visiting with Dr. Haque. I have been going to her since the beginning of my woman hood. She is very personable and her bed side manner is amazing. She can make such a nerve wrecking appointment and experience feel so flawless and smooth. She goes through details very thorough and makes sure your mind is at ease when you leave her office. I know her appointments are hard to get and she always booked out, But what can you expect from such an Amazing doctor everyone wants to go back to.
