I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The woman sitting at the front desk taking patients’ names was extremely unprofessional. When I walked in, she was on the phone, shaking her head back and forth and rolling her eyes while speaking. Her body language alone was very rude and uncomfortable to witness. When I approached her, she continued shaking her head and didn’t even greet me. Dr Montanarella is by far the best health provider I’ve ever had. Not only is she an excellent and intuitive listener, her depth of knowledge is extensive. As I’ve aged and my needs have changed she’s been right up to date on solutions that have proven effective and able to explain how medications work. Compassionate and caring. Highly recommend!
