True Self isn't just a name, it's exactly what Dr. Monique Geeve offers. Over the years Monique has given me the space to live my life authentically, honestly and without judgement. She provides a space where not only do I feel safe enough to vent, but to be challenged and to reflect and grow to live closer to my values everyday. I feel lucky that I found True Life Psychology and this review is for anyone that is still on the fence to reach out and get help. You're worth it.

Dr Monique Geeves is an excellent psychologist with many years of experience. She has helped me thru some of the toughest years of my life. She has helped me in many different areas including ASD, OCD and anxiety. She doesn't BS me and i couldn't recommend a better psychologist.

There aren't enough stars to describe Dr Monique Geeves! We have been with her for 5 years now and couldn't imagine a better Psycologist. From our very first session, Dr. Mon made us feel comfortable and understood. Her empathetic nature and genuine concern for my sons well-being were evident from even our first session. 5 stars is not high enough for Monique. I am only a new patient starting with Monique in January and I could never thank Monique enough! She has been absolutely incredible in listening guiding and teaching me new ways to cope and manage my emotions. On my mental health journey I have seen many psychologists and have never connected with them enough to take on board their guidance and actually allow them to know me and help me. I've been a client of Monique's since 2015 and have followed her from Teneriffe to Hillcrest for regular appointments with regards to ongoing mental ill health issues.
