Dr Monique is very personable, attentive and caring. She listened to my concerns with extreme presence and took her time to answer all of my questions and explain the science behind all of her recommendations. Definitely not a clock watcher or a transactional service provider. She cares and shows much compassion for her work. I will definitely return and continue to work with her. Dr. Bassan is very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time to understand every angle of the condition, to provide and follow you through your journey on the suitable treatment plan. She really understands you as an individual and shows it in every interaction she has with you. She is very personable and easy to work with. Simply amazing!
