Dr Monique is very personable, attentive and caring. She listened to my concerns with extreme presence and took her time to answer all of my questions and explain the science behind all of her recommendations. Definitely not a clock watcher or a transactional service provider. She cares and shows much compassion for her work. I will definitely return and continue to work with her. I would feel comfortable and happy to refer her to others.
Dr. Bassan has been a vital part of our family's healthcare. She has been instrumental in helping us navigate and resolve many health concerns and changes from chronic pain, digestion issues/ gut health and menopause.
