I found Dr Monica Wagenaar to be cold and she seemed disinterested in my thyroid problems. She gave me two lots of forms to have blood tests for my thyroid levels to be taken 8 weeks apart which I did after 2 consultations. She said she would contact me with the results by phone. That was in February and April this year she has never rung or followed up, I have followed up with my G P myself.
