I went to Dr. Richter my entire childhood and really cared and listen to what you, even as a child, had to say. She was very detailed in every appointment and always asked questions.
I am a healthcare professional who recently had negative experience with Dr. Richter. She was very unpofessional, rude, and demanding. I would never let her take care of my children with her rude and disrespectful treatment of other healthcare professionals.
I saw this doctor twice to give it a shot based on reviews and wish I hadn't. She speeds in and out and doesn't take the time to answer questions. My baby had a fever and cold for a couple days and neither her or her nurse took her current temp nor did they check her nose. You'd think Pediatricians of all people would take the time to have great bedside manner -- not this one.
