Amazing bedside manner and the office is clean and calm
Got paired up with the this doctor because my usual one wasn’t available. I was sick as can be with a respiratory illness and she refused to give me anything to actually treat it other than Mucinex which I had already been using ad nauseam to treat my symptoms. She took one quick listen to my chest and says “completely clear!” Guess just because she didn’t happen to hear my rattled breathing in that brief moment, she deemed me healthy as a horse. I am a new patient who visited Dr. Monica Sharma for an annual preventative wellness visit (covered by insurance). I was then billed $595 a week later for a follow up "Virtual Care" visit by Dr. Shanna Levine from this office, but I never made or requested the second visit. Still trying to resolve this issue.
I enjoyed my experience getting an annual checkup and bloodwork done with Dr. Sharma and she was very helpful. However, I was charged $230 out of pocket for a 15-minute video follow up that they encouraged me to do without disclosing that it was out of pocket! I have called and left a handful of voicemails and no one from the office has gotten back to me. This is unacceptable!
Dr Sharma is a good doctor. But the office charged me $996 for annual physical check! This should be a preventive care and should be completely free. They sent a wrong code to insurance so the blood test is treated as out-of-network treatment. Eventually I had to pay this amount to Quest all from my pocket. Called the office several times but the lady couldn't fix it and got angry
