Dr. Zeitz is a great Dr . Very thorough and personable. I would highly recommend her to family and friends
I'll never forgive her. Completely dismissed me for having "IBS". Meanwile a capsule endoscopy ended up showing numerous ulcers in my small intestine which turned out to be crohns disease. I ended up suffering for months because of her!!!!
HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!! She was very unprofessional concerning my late arrival which I totally understood while talking to the receptionist. The manager inserted herself from the office adjacent to the front desk which was not needed. Not only did she undermine the ability of her coworker to handle the situation Her demeanor was unwarranted and totally opposite of the doctor who I've seen in the past. Total nightmare!!!!! Office staff can not get insurance info correct or correct name spelling so 6 months of non payment notices and now in collections!!! They have yet to file a claim with my insurance company! I’m 100% covered..if they ever send claim in. I did like dr zeite very much..to bad she will loose patients due to bad office staff!
Horrible.july 14th Made a appointment with angie(staff) i said if you can't fit me in ill get another doctor(have possible cancer).will get you in by the end of the month. Now the end of the month and office manager Tracy says .we will get you in within a month.very rude..of course won't let me talk to angie. So I have no choice but to wait and hope Tracy isn't lying. They literally have me scheduled for Nov. And Tracy's upset I said a could be dead by then .cancer doesn't wait.
