I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zeitz for several years and once had a positive impression. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and has prompted me to find a new doctor. In summary, The combination of inconsistent information, lack of clarity, and the overall tone of the appointment left me feeling frustrated, belittled, and unwilling to allow it to happen again. I cancelled my appointment with her because of the front office staff. That says allot about how much I care about my own health that I am not going to deal with rude and obnoxious people(hold overs from Crozier). I'm sure the doctor means well and is a decent person but how your front office staff behaves from the scheduler to the person answering the phone reflects on you. And her site is in network but she isn't. thank goodness her staff is rude. Saved me a heck of allot of grief
I would highly recommend Dr Zeitz. A recent visit went very well - Dr Zeitz took time with me explaining everything I needed to know about my status. Rey thorough.
