They made it nearly impossible to see Dr Munteanu due to their overbooking of patients. She's getting sick and experiencing migraines because of this. Do better. Not only that, but the people I spoke with on the phone to cancel my appointment were incredibly rude when I was nothing but kind and apologetic. They made me feel as if I was wasting their time more than anything. Told them I won't be rescheduling, but I'm really never going back. Good riddance. I was a patient of Dr. Munteanu over 10 years ago when she was on Whitney Avenue and just found her back in Hamden again. Dr. Munteanu gives you plenty of time to discuss your health concerns. I didn't feel like a number. She is kind and a good listener. I am happy she is back in Hamden!
