I found this Dr through my insurance and I attempted to make an appointment as a new patient. The scheduling person knew what my insurance provider was and told me that my husband and I needed to fill out screening forms and email them back. They called me back a few days later just to tell me that they were not accepting new patients under this insurance. What a waste of time and efforts. It was an inconvenience to have to fill out these forms to begin with.
Dr. Cantu listens to her patients and shows genuine concern. You don’t have to worry about being rushed and you don’t have to worry about ten other nurses in the room with you while discussing sensitive info. Highly recommend Dr. Cantu if you’re looking for pc.
