I was diagnosed with vulva cancer in October of 2008. My GYN misdiagnosed my condition so by the time it was corectly diagnosed, it was recommended that I have a radical vulvectomy. I was so afraid. My GYN wanted me to go to Chapel Hill but I had seen an article introducing Dr. Monica Jones to the Raleigh area. In 2015 my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a lumpectomy and chemo, it was recommended that she have a oophorectomy. My wife ultimately decided on a total hysterectomy. After doing our research and speaking with local nurses, all fingers pointed to Dr. Jones. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the results from the surgery! As the spouse, I want to thank Dr. Jones and her staff for making this difficult journey a success! We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jones!!!
