Dr. Monam is just lovely. She is professional as well as extremely caring. She did not rush with me and explained my situation in terms that I could understand. I went to her because of pre cancer on my face and one of those spots on my upper lip required a biopsy which she did and it turned out to be cancer. She put me in touch with the surgeon who would remove it.
Overall: 1/5 Service: 0/5 Staff attitude: 0/5 Communication: 0/5 I booked an appointment with Dr. Monam for filler and Botox. They scheduled my appointment three times, and all three times it was canceled with different excuses. The doctor avoids direct communication, and the staff were bossy and unhelpful. I asked for help afterward, but the response was not helpful. Terrible service. Zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
recently had Botox done with Dr. Monam and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. The results are so natural and refreshed, exactly what I was hoping for! I truly appreciate her skill and care, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
