Office called less than an hour and a half before my appointment to cancel my appointment and said she was on call. Why would you schedule my appointment a year in advance and then be in call and cancel me right before my appointment? This cost me almost $200 with work.
Dr. Nataprawira is relaxed, confident and friendly. I was a little surprised at how thorough the exam was. If you go in for one thing, she might just be sure you are doing well overall too. She does not want to miss any chance to catch a medical need. Still - efficient in covering the bases. It’s fun to pronounce her name, but most people will just call her “Dr. Mona.”
I was so nervous about going to Dr. Mona Nataprawira for the first time. What a wonderful person she is! I loved her. She was so kind and made you feel at ease. I will be going back to her again.
Dr. Mona is wonderful. She really cares about you and wants to make sure she doesn't rush you. She spends extra time to answer any questions you have and went above and beyond to accommodate my questions and concerns about a miscarriage. Wait time is a little longer, but it's understandable and doesn't bother me because she is so willing to spend the time that you need. No complaints. Definitely recommend!
