This place was a complete waste of time. We showed up expecting decent service, but instead we were left dealing with no AC, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. No one seemed to take the issue seriously or try to fix it in a timely manner. It felt like our time didn’t matter at all. Definitely not worth the hassle—would not recommend.

Do not come here if you respect your time. Just wasted 2.5 hours waiting and never got seen. Even for a specialist the wait time is insane. Had to leave because I did not want to miss a flight. Also they said I cannot get my birth control implant removed and have a new one put in the same day because my insurance won't cover it. I called my insurance and they said that that policy did not even exist, and that i should be able to get both things done the same visit.That either they were putting in the code wrong or they did n... read more
