⭐ 1 Star I had a frustrating experience with billing here. They did not follow my insurance co-pay and charged higher amounts, followed by additional bills later. There was no clear explanation provided upfront. Customer service made it worse — the receptionist Alexis was rude and uncooperative when I asked questions. I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared to closely monitor every charge.

1 Star Unclear and questionable billing practices. My co-pay was not honored, and I was charged more than what my insurance states. Also had a very unpleasant interaction with the receptionist Alexis — not professional at all. Proceed with caution.

1 Star Very disappointing experience. They did not honor my insurance co-pay as clearly stated on my card and instead charged higher amounts. Later, I received additional unexpected bills. Billing lacked transparency, and I felt misled throughout the process. Also, the receptionist Alexis was unprofessional and not helpful when trying to clarify charges. I would strongly recommend double-checking everything in writing before starting treatment.

1 Star Be very careful with this place. My insurance co-pay was clearly defined, yet I was charged more than expected. On top of that, I received bills later that were never properly explained upfront. This kind of billing practice feels very misleading. When I tried to get clarification, the front desk (Alexis) was rude and dismissive instead of helping resolve the issue. Make sure you verify all costs beforehand.
