I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Roberts and her entire staff. I have truly never met a more compassionate and caring group of people. They took exceptional care of my 15-year-old dog throughout the last few years of her life, always doing everything they could to keep her comfortable and make sure she received the best care possible. Dr. Robert's is all about increasing the services including doing worst case scenarios that are meant to scare you into doing more than is necessary. Im not taking my precious dog to a DVM who is simply a greedy person who takes advantage of people with fear-based tactics. Shame on you Danette!
Poor at answering phone. Called multiple days and left message thinking I would get a call back. But if you get to leave a message guess what no one calls you back. I asked them about this (when I was able to reach a person)they said there answer service is broken. I called 12 times and heard (your #1 inline ). Fixing the answering of phone would be a top of my list. Other than that great place
