Dr. Francis is the best!
One of the best dentists I have ever been too. They have treated me and my family amazing. Their communication and ease of scheduling is enough for 5 star review. My son was very scared to have his first dental appointment. Dr Molly and all of the staff at Spring Creek Dental made it such an easy experience for him that there is no longer frustration or questioning when we have to go its just smiles.
I used to go here as a kid and it was fine but for my first adult appointment for myself not so much. I got a call from a collection agency today about an unknown bill from 2 years ago that I still have my receipt for which shows that my insurance paid for my appointment, never got a call from the office about it, and the filling they put in 2 years ago fell out within the month they put it in and I couldnt get a 2nd appointment to fix it anytime soon so I had to go elsewhere for the fix on there work. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Very thorough examination and explanations. They are just a terrific example of newfangled technology wrapped in old fashioned goodness!
