I used to go here as a kid and it was fine but for my first adult appointment for myself not so much. I got a call from a collection agency today about an unknown bill from 2 years ago that I still have my receipt for which shows that my insurance paid for my appointment, never got a call from the office about it, and the filling they put in 2 years ago fell out within the month they put it in and I couldnt get a 2nd appointment to fix it anytime soon so I had to go elsewhere for the fix on there work. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Very thorough examination and explanations. They are just a terrific example of newfangled technology wrapped in old fashioned goodness!
This is an exceptional office. It is well run, efficient and kind. For great dentistry, look no further. Dr Francis expertly and adeptly treats dental problems with great conversation to put patients at ease. The entire team is wonderful!
I highly recommend this place! I was able to schedule a last-minute appointment and the staff was very accommodating and professional.
