The worst obgyn care I’ve ever gotten. I once waited two hours for Dr. Shields to do the fetal Doppler and ask if we had any questions. She said it was because she was going on vacation the next day and “trying to get everyone in”. I just hope her flight was two hours late… The nurses, ultrasound tech, and phlebotomist were all very nice though.

I called the office today to schedule an appointment. During my initial call, I did not catch the name of the person who answered. I was placed on hold while they said they needed to pull up the provider’s schedule. I remained on hold for 28 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called back and spoke with someone named Yvonne (I believe). She was able to pull up the schedule immediately without placing me on hold. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Molly Shields. She was always very attentive to my needs, patient, and truly listened to all of my concerns. Her compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visits. The office staff was equally amazing always polite, welcoming, and professional. I’m grateful to have found such a supportive team and highly recommend Dr. Shields and her office to anyone seeking excellent care.
