Amazing Doctor and staff! I am so lucky to have them all on my team
I was assigned to Dr. Parker and told I was lucky to see her. I would not recommend this doctor. She has a very large ego, does not collaborate on direction of care, and she mishandled my care. I had to see an ED (ER) doctor who stated that my condition should have been treated with a taper dose of steroids, which made Dr. Parker look bad, as she denied treatment when I was suffering. Sara Katz, PA-C has been my physician for over ten years. I think she is remarkable. She explains the circumstance well, listens well and is very supportive.
Sara Katz is great. I've been seeing her for 4/5 years now. She really listens to me. When she is not sure about something in a specialized area, she researches it. She answers all of my questions. Even if they're dumb questions. I will continue to see her for a very long time. I trust her a lot.
I first met Dr. B. around 2015 and found her to be pleasant, attentive and a good listener. She smiled. Over time, she grew hurried, irritable and less responsive (for example, my insurer called to complain that their prescription refill requests -fax and calls - were ignored. This happened twice.) I suspect she is spread too thin and seems to want to do obstrectics more than general medicine. Several appointments were with her associates because she was not in.
My family and I love Sara. She pays great attention to her patients. I've never felt rushed or judged by her. She's been our provider for many years, has seen my daughter grow up into an adult and my husband and I grow older as well. She's very knowledgeable and current in her diagnoses and treatments, but isn't afraid to research or ask another professional's opinion if she is unsure about something. I like that.
Wonderful experience: she tries to solve as many issues as possible without meds and by diet; cuts to the chase with as much detail as you like and with humor.
Dr. Bickling is the most competent, good bed manner and excellent care towards her patients. She is the best doctor I've ever encountered.
