Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this doctor. The way she spoke to and interacted with me was disrespectful and condescending. Insufficient time was given to listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I take this matter seriously and intend to raise my concerns with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). No patient should leave a medical appointment feeling humiliated or disrespected.
She is an amazing Dr. Very knowledgeable listen to your concerns and explain every thing so simple that you can understand completely. Dr. Ettehad is the best Dr. I have met so far .BUT THE FRONT DESK IS AWFUL .Shiva the front desk girl didn't let me see Dr. Just because I walked in with no appointment! I explained that earache is not something that you would know ahead of time and book a appointment for !!!!!. She told me go to walk in clinic!!!. So disappointed to the point that I might change my family doctor .
