I’ve been patient of Dr. mozhgan Ettehad for 12 years and have always had a great experience. The doctor is caring, attentive, and always follows up to make sure patients receive the best care. A special thank you to Elnaz and Yasaman. They are always welcoming, kind, and organized. They make every visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic!
Dr Dabagh has very slow service although no one else is in the waiting area. My appointment was at 1 and I was seen at 2:10. This is not a one off thing. It happens every time I have a SCHEDULED appointment.
I was Dr. Ettehad’s patient for about 15 years. When I recently changed my family doctor because it felt like the focus was more on billing OHIP than on patient care, i requested a copy of my medical records to transfer to my new physician. I was told that I must pay $60 in cash only to receive my own medical history on a USB drive, otherwise they would not release the records. insisting on cash only and refusing to release the records otherwise is very concerning and unprofessional.
