Very Rude and Cold. Did Not listen to anything I said or any of my concerns. I can't believe this man calls himself a Dr. Waste of my time and copay. Please go any where but here.

I had cancelled my appointment with Dr. Zena Mohsen at least two weeks in advance via telephone. I did not visit Dr. Mohsen on July 25, 2023, yet I received a bill from his office for $470. This is extremely disappointing and absurd. I have never visited Dr. Mohsen, nor do I plan to in the future. Terrible clinic! If they do not retract this unreasonable bill and give me an apology, I will consider legal action for this unwarranted bill!
dr zena is probably the most dismissive doctor I’ve ever seen. i can’t give him a low enough score. he interrupted me anytime i brought up a concern about my own health and ignored anything I said to him. my other doctors and care team have shared that other women have had really negative experiences with him. go to any of the other great endocrine doctors CHI has to offer.
