I'm dealing with CML Leukemia and have been since 2018. Dr Arani immediately recognized and diagnosed my CML Leukemia and explained very thoroughly what I was about to contend with. He said not to worry, I've got this, that with treatment this early I was more likely to die from riding a bicycle. He explained the regression of the illness quarterly while taking Gleevec would improve slowly at first and then it'll probably fall off the charts. Within two years there was a "no trace" report. One of the worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. My father just got a PET scan and Dr Arani swooped in and out of the room to deliver concerning results which to my family came like a shock to the nervous system. My non medically literate mom asked if his “news” meant “life threatening”, in other words “does this look like cancer?” to which Dr Arani responded “define life threatening, he could be hit by a bus leaving here”. Dr. Arani: the BEST ONCOLOGIST! My mother is in the most competent and caring "hands"... she won the doctor lottery with this one! He is so awesome in every aspect, and I cannot believe how sweet and genteel he is, too. I hope
