I had a very unprofessional experience at this pulmonary practice on February 11, and after reading other reviews mentioning the front office’s bad attitude, I can unfortunately confirm those concerns are accurate. I scheduled a pulmonary consultation over a month ago and was given the Apple Valley address. I received confirmation calls for that location. Had no.problems here for over a year. Wore a TPUSA hat here once and was kicked out of the practice. Apparently Christians are not welcome here.
It was an awesome experience and great doctor
My health group approved this practitioner but after speaking with office staff to make an appointment, I will never be seen by him. They were rude and abrupt. It's like they were doing me a favor just by answering the phone. I appreciate that because they demonstrated how I will be treated in the future. Beware.
I've called them to make a appointment at least 50 times I get a busy signal or nothing or a operator who tells me to call back so I go threw the same thing over. I did get threw once for them to tell me they don't take choice group which is a lie. They have my referral and x rays. What a waste of time. I've been trying since may 31 and it's now June 6
