Twice in one morning he gave me incorrect medical directions without ever reviewing my chart, either time. Had he done so, it would have been immediately obvious that according to my personal medical history that he was giving me bogus and harmful advice as well as not considering my obvious physical limitations that made his directions impossible for me to do.
