Was patient when BCBS would not recognize him as an MD. Went to him several times put on Meds that did not work at all. No interest in trying anything else. Then revived bill for missed appt have phone record of phone call to office days before cancelling. Called Wendy who became extremely rude and told me nothing they could do. No interest in trying to help resolve this. This office is suspicious at best.
Dr. Zafar takes the time to listen, he is highly educated, continues education , he has helped me immensely and is kind, & professional, highly recommended, he is very patient oriented, I have been seeing him for many years, he is the best!
Dr Zafar spent unlimited time explaining to me all of the MRIs and CT scans I had had. He also suggested new ways of thinking about my issues which led me to find a solution. He is kind, expert, and available. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
