On my first visit I was ten minute late so they send me back with another appointment with instruction to be on time. Today 1/9/24 I have at 2:45 PM and I left his office at 3:30 PM without seeing him. In his office you can see a notice about cancellation fee etc. They expect you to be punctual but not for themselves. Once you remind them they get annoyed and offended. Avoid this office and try find some good .
Dr Alzoubaidi is an excellent surgeon and very caring and compassionate. He saved my sister's life and followed her through her recovery.
