office staff is very rude and unprofessional... hung up on me twice. called back to speak to a supervisor and the call taker claims she is the supervisor! will not be seeing this doctor ever!
I have known this doctor for over 7 years. Highly knowledgeable and very straightforward. He has after hours as well! Any issues, call the clinic and the operator can relay your message and if necessary, even connect you. He is down to earth and very straightforward. He is a very active member of many medical professional societies. Appointments are easy to get. Staff is very friendly. My kids love him too. He practices both internal medicine and pediatrics.
The wait for your appointment is way too long. I've waited 2 hours before. And the doctor only spent 5 minutes. Not Happy here.
