I love doctor Kahnamouei he’s a very nice doctor but the people at the front desk are so rude, they would hang up in my face when I asked them to fax me something and when I tried calling them back they would say were busy but again there’s like 6 girls there how are you just busy. It’s very disappointing because he’s a great doctor.
My experience with the doctor was average. However, his front desk staff are horrendous. Referred out for services and it took them forever to actually put in the referral. Medication refills, also horrible. Instead of just supplying a 90 day supply for a medication I’ve been on years, they insist it has to be a 30 day supply. Will be switching asap after my referral with another doctor is completed.
Dr.Kahnamouei first came to me at Henry Ford for daily rounds. He has always made me feel comfortable and informed . His staff goes above and beyond to make all his patients feel personally cared for and always with a smile.
