Dr.Zgheib is an exceptional cardiologist who I cannot say enough wonderful things about , he is truly compassionate and is ALWAYS there for me whenever I need him he goes above and beyond never making me feel like I’m just another appointment walking into his office .If you are looking for a Dr who is caring and compassionate Dr Z. After a bad experience at the South Avenue office with staff a friend convinced me to go to the Richmond Road office. I have to say the same horrendous experience with staff exist there as well. They are uninformed, lack knowledge, and take no ownership over forgetting to call in prescriptions or giving you misinformation
Went to see Dr and was very disappointed. He was fine But waited over an hour to be seen by him the first time. Then waited over an hour for an echocardiogram. The staff was horrible. Tried to get test results from July. I was told they weren’t ready. This is March. Constantly told to give it a few days. Incompetent and inept. I would not go back again
