The front desk receptionist needs a long vacation or training on customer service and interpersonal skills. This guy, that's the correct "this guy." I wouldn't give him the platform to call him a doctor. He is a scammer/ liar. Everything he said was a blatant lie. I will be contacting the insurance company about your fraudulent behavior as well.
Dr Zgheib is the epitome of excellence. He is everything you would ever want in a physician. He takes his time and listens to you and explains in detail his diagnosis. He talks to you face to face rather than sitting down behind a lap top computer typing away without even looking at you. He often goes above and beyond and will see you even if you don't happen to have an appointment. He's the absolute best!
This review is not about Dr. Zgheib but his unprofessional and rude medical biller. She is clueless when it comes to billing secondary insurances. Claim was never submitted to secondary insurance meanwhile I was being billed for the balance. Tried several times to resolve the issue but her excuse was " I will call you back I am speaking to an adjuster"- never received phone call back, had to chase her for few days. My Dr Mohammad Zgheib is awesome, caring and he listen to what you have to say his answers questions? He also gives you good advice and tells you try this way do it that way it’ll help out better. I love my dr his staff is always nice and polite never had a problem
