Dr. Zgheib is an excellent cardiologist — thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in his patients. Unfortunately, the experience is completely undermined by his office administration. It took multiple calls and over a month just to get my test authorization submitted. Then I had to call three separate times to get my test results. Each time, I got the same scripted line: “Let me call over now and someone will get back to you.” No one ever did. As of the moment I’m writing this review, I still don’t have my results. He is an Excellent Doctor and would recommend him to anyone who needs a Cardiologist. He takes his time with every patient. He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand what he is saying to you. He is very genuine, kind, and thoughtful. I can not express enough what a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor he is. You are in the best of care you could possibly be in when it comes to your heart health with Dr. Ziggy.
What a friendly office very through takes time to explain 10/10 recommend
The front desk receptionist needs a long vacation or training on customer service and interpersonal skills. This guy, that's the correct "this guy." I wouldn't give him the platform to call him a doctor. He is a scammer/ liar. Everything he said was a blatant lie. I will be contacting the insurance company about your fraudulent behavior as well.
