Scammiest doctor’s office I’ve ever had the displeasure of getting into contact with. I called, and the front desk assured me this doctor was a neurologist. Then when I call back I find out he’s just a general practitioner. The day im on the phone with the front desk to schedule my appointment, and they’re insisting my health insurance is inactive(it’s not) and they leave me a VM stating they’re cancelling my appointment. Like pulling an old rooted tooth to get scripts refilled , takes 3 or more calls to office to get it done, Publix has to fax the office 3 times as well . Looking for a new primary care for my disabled brother. We’re just not important enough I guess.
