I would definitely recommend to avoid this Doctors office at all costs. I was with them for 3 years following a heart attack, Dr. Kagzi will not listen to any of your concerns, he also will not fill prescriptions and if there is a balance of any sort which is completely illegal. They withheld my daily medications over a long weekend over a 40 dollar balance, and then I was scolded by the doc to not be nasty to his "Wife" the "Accountant" after I reemed them for what they had done... Dr. Kagzi is good however the staff is extremely disrespectful. They will punish you by keeping you waiting for 2 hour if you are 7 mins late for the appointment. When I asked the time when will the doctor will be able to see me the Nurse became argumentative and said you were late so you will have to wait. She also said lets go and see the camera footage to humiliate me even further. I felt disrespected. I just asked a question politely and I was ill treated. Never got my CPAP supplies on time. I am not happy with the overall experience....
I was very sick but they refused to see me. None of the doctors see you for diagnosis, they have left it to a nurse who says one thing and then changes her mind, and when asked about it, she just pretends she has never said anything. She doesn't follow up on her diagnosis. All the people at that clinic are judgmental, uncaring, unsympathetic. I am still suffering from the pain that the stomach flu is giving me but they just refused to see me, even though I had no fever. And I can't go to the emergency department as I get sic... read more
