Simply excellent. Doctor Padela went above and beyond.
office not getting me in touch with doctor, I need a minute to ask question i need over the phone - but they force me to schedule the visit which cost time and money, seems like all they need JUST a money and don't care about patients. left multiple requests to doctor give me a quick phone call - never happened. .... Dr. Padela is very patient and professional and we would highly recommend him. He listened to all of my grandmother's concerns and helped us understand the best course of action for her symptoms. He treated her with respect and kindness and you can really tell that he cares about his patients. We are very happy we selected him as her doctor and feel more confident about dealing with her diagnosis.
This doctor was so extremely rude when I called him back over an emergency that I was having over a prescription that wasn't refilled. He called me and he yelled at me when I was explaining my situation and told me to be quiet. Thank God he is not my neurologist! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!!!
