This place is horrible I have been given four appointments which keeps getting canceled the first appointment I went to after I sat there a hour they come to tell me that they didn’t have the aquitment to do my test then make three more appointments which they kept canceling
Horrible! Unprofessional and unorganized! I just sat in their office for over an hour just to pick up a machine! Four people came in after me and all four were seen before me. I will never come back here again!
He is a good Dr. But the waiting time is to much.
Been dealing with doctor Bassett for so many years now. My son is seeing him never had any problems. Of course with doctor's offices, you do wait and emergencies do happen with doctors. My Son and I have received our replacement machines and we have no problems getting refills. If people are having problems, tell doctor Bassett and he will take care of it. Trust me
Do not go to this doctor. The wait is ridiculous and they don’t get things done.
