Unfortunately, I have to give Health Haven a number three rating out of five. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nisar‘s and his therapy staff for years. They have done wonderful work helping me through multiple issues and I am at the point where I am almost prescription drug free. The reason this was given was because of what has happened with health Haven and that service is going downhill. If he exist, then he is in hiding or in a mental institution because they never say his name, he is never mentioned, I have never heard or seen him. All the phone numbers lead back to the same recording with no option to talk to him like it says on his page. He is probably deceased and his employees are keeping the business running. Beware of filling out forms from this Google listing. This Dr is listed as a medicare provider. However, they are having people fill out lengthy forms with personal information including signing of treatment plan before even seeing the patient. They collect your information and then they ghost you. I will be reporting them to medicare.
I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews on here the doctor sees me sometimes and sometimes his nurse practitioners do all of them are very kind and patient and will do whatever it takes to discover the right treatment for you.
