Dr Ursani is the best rheumatologist I have used. He cares about his patients. However, the Tomball location has become inefficient. Last week, I arrived a few minutes early for an appointment to get an injection. I stood in a line at the registration desk. By the time I signed in I was late for my appointment. I told the young lady at the desk that I was there for an injection. Thirty minutes later I was called back to get my vitals checked and then sent to the nurses’ station for the injection.
