Excellent care received by Dr Zeitoun. Did not feel rushed. He listened to my concerns. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Called 4 times to try and make an appointment, kept being told I’d get a call back and never did. Decided to go elsewhere.
Doctor is really great, however the office manager LAURA is easily one of the rudest women I have ever dealt with at a doctors office. I went to pick up my RX 2 days late bc I had some car trouble, which I’ve never been late to pick it up before it was the first time! I told her my name and that I was picking up and before even checking, went ahead and said “that’s if we even have any left”, came back with a box and berated me that I was late, (which I would have fully accepted responsibility if they ran out! When I first visited Dr. Zeitoun, my A1c was just over 14. Within 6 months I was down to 7 and I'm still working on lowering it further. He checks your meds and asks questions. He always gives you ample time to ask any of your own questions and you're never rushed. The office staff is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Dr. Zeitoun and his practice for diabetes, thyroid and other relevant issues.
I brought my daughter to see Dr. Zeitoun. I was so happy that I brought her here. Dr Zeitoun was excellent. He is the dr. that I've been looking for. He is so knowledgeable about diabetes and how to adjust her pump for better readings. Laura was excellent in instructing us on how to use her pump. I was so happy, I cried knowing my daughter's on the right path finally.
