The receptionist is not capable to do her job properly. She behaved rudely while I asked for refill. She forgot to send refill request to the pharmacy and when she got caught, she doesn't accept it and hung up the phone. And she did this kind of rude behave for several times before. I should have believe other patient's comment about her. Dr Shehata is good, professional and empathetic to his patients. I don't know why he appointed this incompetent lady in this sensitive job.
I don t give this one star to Dr Shehata I give it to the incompetent receptionist Patti. She has been a problem from day one. I only stayed because Dr Shehata is an amazing doctor. He is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. But Patti is horrible she even ask me and other patients to say bad things about the other lady that was working with her to get her fired. My 89 year old father has used Doctor Shehata for 10 years. He is very thorough and takes his time and makes sure my dad understands everything he is telling him. Great Doctor and will stay late to make sure his patience are taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff.

My first visit my United Healthcare had not added his name as my PCP. So, I had to wait until my paper work caught up. I didn't get upset because I didn't have to wait long for that appointment. And, I didn't have to wait long for another one. I was also surprised that I was remembered from 1st almoset visit. I waited months to see last PCP. I am glad to be with a doctor that cares about his patients. And, actually SEES them.
