Dr. El-Zaru is a great cardiologist but, his admin staff is absolutely terrible. As a patient, you are a level removed from Dr. E and the admin experience is very broken. They seem over subscribed, often rude at times, and if you need things done, be prepared to have to take ownership of everything. There is little sense of urgency in a profession that, from a health perspective, is mission critical. If you have a heart condition, you'd be better served going to another cardiologist.
