The dr and nurse are great. But the manager will not return phone calls or refund money my procedure that I paid for ahead of time and was not needed. I have now made 7 phone calls and waited over 2 months I have not once had a phone call returned or my money. I have never wrote a bad review but this ridiculous.
Professional & Companionate staff. The doc is wonderful. This is my 2nd procedure with him.
First rate experience from the first call to make the appointment all the way through. Dr. Odelowo's staff was very courteous and worked very hard to make my experience pleasant. I never felt rushed and was treated with compassion and care. My initial office visit went great and Dr. Odelowo took time to answer all of my questions and ease all my concerns.
