Went with my Fiancè to get a routine screen repair for a small crack. They said it would take 30-40 minutes. An hour and a half later we come back to find they have shorted the screen connector on the mother board by trying to attach the wrong screen. It now has to wait till tomorrow to get fixed. While they didn't charge is to fix the mother board, they still charged us full price for the screen even after their negligence, had they not been able to fix the connector we would have lost all the data on the phone. I had a very bad experience at this store. Basically I was sold a product to fix my phone and it wasn’t what was advertised. When I tried to get it replaced (I went twice) they made one excuse the first time and another the second. I confirmed from a second party what they told me was inaccurate. They just didn’t want to honour their warranty. Don’t always go for the cheapest option. It will waste your time and money. I got my phone fixed at another store and for the cost of both I could have went straight to Apple. Run away... read more
STAY AWAY!!!!! SCAM!!!!! Do not go to this store! It’s a total scam! Replace the screen here and was told was a OLED but found out after it’s an LCD. My screen was blacked out after few days of repairing. And went back to the store. They told me that’s because I didn’t upgrade my phone. Told me to go home and upgrade it and they will replace it if there are issues still. So I did and few days later my phone had two green lines and went black unable to stay on again. So I went back again. And they told me I cracked my screen.... read more
It was crazy how this store wasting customers time and money. Giving fake information. Refused to repair/exchange the defected product. All they do is keep waisting your time till you gave up. Stay away!!!
