I would give a (0) rating if I had a choice. The staff is very incompetent, rude, obnoxious, unreliable, irresponsible and could not care less about their patients. For example, I order my medications a 90-day supply and I receive through my mail in pharmacy one (1) Pill in the bottle. I call the office to complain and what to know who made this error and I was told it doesn't matter who made the mistake. When I insisted they threatened me that they are calling the police.
