My family each had first appointments all within days of each other and I brought two of the kids. My daughter came out stating that her hygienist is her new bestie, that says a lot to how she was treated. My youngest was interested in what was being done to me during my exam so Dr. Campbell engaged him as if he was in training there. She showed him her tools, explained what they were for and how she was using them. Brand new facility, experienced staff, all the new technology, they take the time to explain everything and are extremely thorough. They understand the insurance side and support the customer with getting all the information to the insurance company. I’ve had a ton of work done in the last few months with a few more to go and even though it’s the ‘dentist’ this place is wonderful!
What a great experience!! We were happy to find an office that is so close to our home and also in network for our insurance. We really hoped that the people and service would be good and the Clearwater Smiles group definitely exceeded our expectations. Everyone that works in this office is caring and considerate. The treatment plans and options are explained well and what falls outside of insurance is reasonably priced. Very thankful for Dr. Campbell and her team of amazing individuals!!
