OMG! I am never going to go to this Doctor with the staff he has! I set the appt long time ago, then have to reschedule because my stove and fridge died at the same time and I had to get it fixed. Called to reschedule and got an out if country answering service that immediately started trying to charge me a cancellation fee cause I didnt cancel 48hrs ahead which was the weekend. So I called again to get someone in the office and eventually got a very rude woman that hung up on me. Glad I never even started with this doctor.
Dr Klavans saved my life. Not sure why there is an unprovoked hit job on him.
1st visit, came for a second opinion, nothing was done, wasn't even looked at my problem. 2 weeks later I was called by my pharmacy that I had prescriptions ready for pick up. Antibiotics. Totally shocked that office never called me to tell ne I had infection. 2nd visit, talked to Chad, explained to me they'll do a cystoscopy, well thought it would fix my problem so I made an aappointment appointment. 3rd appointment dr zelle came in and we will chat , never mentioned cystoscopy, but went in her pocket , and said to go home ... read more
Dr. Klavans is very professional and highly competent.
Dr. Klavans took excellent care of my father in law for years. He and the office staff were patient and courteous.
