Very unprofessional front desk, horrible secretary that sits in front very nasty. Please don’t go to that office.
Unfortunately the Doctor is elderly and is quite forgetful. I went to him because of the positive reviews, so leaving this here in the hopes that someone will see and save themselves a negative experience. There is more to add… but I will stop here.
Dr. Jacobson is a doctor who is through and knowledgeable,but his nurse YAEL is a complete NIGHTMARE to deal with (and not to mention incredibly rude). Dr. Jacobson’s nurse Yael lacks professionalism, work conduct, and phone etiquette. Everything is a bother to this employee, and clearly the office is desperate for staff since they tolerate such behavior. This office has seen better days. I would give this office a 0 if I could. Avoid at all costs!
No doctor can fully understand our diabetic plight. Dr. Jacobson and staff are wonderful.
This guy has a nasty attitude and is insanely unprofessional. Every time I've ever had the displeasure of having to speak to him over the phone. The first few times I let it slide but this time proves he is just like this all the time. You've been warned.
