Treatment was thoughtfully explained, performed on schedule, completely successful. Office and dentist's manner are calm and orderly. Doeos not take my insurance.
I had a complication from a routine root canal. He did not offer me an appointment to correct the issue for 12 days I made a stink, and said it was absolutely unacceptable, and I wanted to see another doctor in the practice. It would have taken him one hour. He would not fit me in because "If I do that for you, then I have to do that for all my patients. That is not how I run my practice". i was 100% pain free after my root canal, which was a quick and pain free procdure. he prescribed pain medication but i did not need them at all.
Dr Kellert is an expert in his field. He performed a root canal on me and did not feel any pain during or after surgery. Very relaxed and courteous, great staff. I would highly recomend Dr Kellert.
Absolutely the horrible experience. This doc has no bedside manners and he was so the rudest person I met - not just the doctor. I wan't impressed with his staff either. When I refused to make a follow up appirntment to find someone esle the doc even didn't bother to ask me what the problem is. Maybe he is the best endodontis but for sure needs to get better with patients.
Skillful, wonderful with a very delicate operation that was near a nerve (which was untouched).
Dr. Kellert is a dentist of rare skill and deftness, both quick and extremely careful, as well as alert to any signs of discomfort in a patient, who inspires complete confidence.
