If I could give a zero rating I would. I was opened to trying a different treatment to help with a disorder that I have. He evaluated me seemed like he knew what he was doing. Had dysport done In both calfs. After the first round of injections I was having terrible dizzy spells and feeling very lightheaded and was falling. Hit my head a few times! Dr. Paulin is one of the finest humans and doctors I have ever met! He put me at ease by explaining why my body does what it does and how he will help me live better. He listens and is sensitive to my concern and assures me by going the extra step, showing results, that his decision is for my best. Both Amy and Carol compliment him well and are very kind and attentive. The office environment is serene and energizing. Love my doc and will recommend him to everyone.
My wife had her first visit with Dr. Paulin today and we were both phenomenally impressed. He is extremely knowledgeable and he spent over an hour with us. He performed a thorough exam, explained things well and laid out a very comprehensive and encouraging plan. He and his entire team were very courteous and the office environment is clean and upbeat.
This doctor failed to help me because he took it personally that 5 years ago I had a car accident that prevented me from coming back to his office for a long time. He was ignorant enough to get me into his office on an appointment this year for a serious problem I have and then argue with me over the reason I didn't return in 2012. His attitude was simply huffy, arrogant, and selfish. I asked for a tissue because of how he was speaking to me was making me cry. He didn't care.
