I will be seeking a new doctor. It takes 1 1/2+ hours before I was taken in to see the doctor. The front office requested that I take a urine test in the public restroom in the hallway and every seat was taken in the waiting room with some people waiting in the hallway. This last appt, the medical rep was there and he spent more time chatting and flirting with her than speaking with me. Dr Kaye is an great doctor, straight to the point. His office staff are horrific and have me looking for another urologist. They are rude and unprofessional. They do not listen and do not communicate with each other, so younget different direction for different people. Then when you ask questions they get nasty. I dont like feeling like I am putting someone out for doing their job. If Dr. Kaye cannot recognize his staff is awful to his patients, maybe he's not the most attentive doctor.
Dr Kaye has been my doctor since 2019 when he removed my cancerous prostate. I am still cancer free and have no side effects at all. The man is a life saver!
I have been seeing Dr. KAYE for over 4 years. I have never had bad issues with the staff, they are very attentive and DR. KAYE is GREAT. He has helped me thru this issue mentally and physically. THANK YOU . Richard C.
Dr Kaye is an excellent doctor and in many ways. He is both very knowledgeable and ethical. When I presented him with my issue, not only did he tell me not to have him do what it is that I was referred to him to have done, but he found me a doctor that could do the more appropriate less invasive procedure, thereby sacrificing the commission he would have earned.
