I have been seeing Dr. KAYE for over 4 years. I have never had bad issues with the staff, they are very attentive and DR. KAYE is GREAT. He has helped me thru this issue mentally and physically. THANK YOU . Richard C.
Not a good experience from the front staff or from the doctor. These other reviews for the most part make total sense. At least I'm not the only one that noticed. It is amazing people like this can practice medicine but they obviously have a busy practice.
Dr Kaye is an great doctor, straight to the point. His office staff are horrific and have me looking for another urologist. They are rude and unprofessional. They do not listen and do not communicate with each other, so younget different direction for different people. Then when you ask questions they get nasty. I dont like feeling like I am putting someone out for doing their job. If Dr. Kaye cannot recognize his staff is awful to his patients, maybe he's not the most attentive doctor.
Called last week because my husband was having blood in his urine. They said they would see him today and we drove all the way over there and they said no, your appointment's not till the 26th. Very unprofessional. For something as important as blood in the urine! Was not impressed with the front office staff either. They seemed very uncaring. first appt today. waited 2 hrs in lobby. office staff not friendly or polite or professional. Dr's asst that takes you back, down right rude. For a highly respected doctor, I am shocked at the staff he pays to be the representatives of his office. no friendliness, no smiles, and again the wait time for a first visit was very irritating.
