Gutshall was once a good practitioner. All good reviews are from 5+ years ago. However, post covid he and his staff are obviously unhappy and frustrated and it shows in their attitude and treatment of patients. After 20 years of being my doctor he suddenly cancelled an upcoming critical appointment and refused to treat me anymore. The only thing that preempted this was a request for a prescription refill that he refused to fill and I called him out on it.
