Dismissed from clinic without a notice for rescheduling a few appointments with the 24 hour window. Seems pretty harsh. Office manager was rude and unprofessional.

I came in to establish care and had some medical concerns. While she is very friendly and nice to your face she dismissed my concerns and I felt very rushed. I called the office several times to see what direction I should take and what type of specialist I should make an appointment with. The nurse finally called me back and told me to rely on specialists for my care, but when I asked what type of doctor I should go to she gave me no advice. I felt rushed. Non-compassionate. Charged for a complete physical but only listened to my lungs. Immediatley took me off a med that was working, as she felt she knew what was better for me regardless of my request to stay on that med.

Dr. Janssen is a very conscientious and knowledgeable doctor who is very dedicated to her patients. She has always been on time with me in her appointment schedule. She is a very comforting and family oriented, doctor.

I have used Dr. Janssen for years,one of the best doctors I have ever had. She listens to everything you tell her, she does not sugar coat anything. Never have seen Misty in a bad mood or short as far as seen her. she will take all the time needed to answer questions and make sure you understand everything before you leave her.
I've gotten care at this clinic for twenty years or more. Last year I began using Janssen as my PCP and I am happy. She explains concerns to me in terms that make sense. She takes time to answer my questions. She and her nurse, Dawn, made time to sneak me in when I had an urgent situation with my vision a few weeks back. Janssen worked with my employer to get me a desk that keeps me from having back pain.
I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone! I went to this doc to establish care. Dr. Janssen tested my blood levels and noticed I had an elevated hormone. Dr. Janssen went straight to "You have a mass" and left me without answers. (I called 3 times in a week and still got no answers). She never took the time to call me herself to explain what was going on. She had her nurse call instead, leaving me with little information.
